…The secret's out! TV hosts Ron and Ann Mainse (Leaders of Heart to Heart Marriage and Family Ministries) have partnered with Crossroads on a new show that will help strengthen marriages. The new TV show is called A BETTER US: The Journey After "I Do" with Ron and Ann, and it premieres in Canada on Thursday, April 5th at 8:30pm/ET on YES TV.
This weekly, half-hour show will provide couples with hope through Bible-based teachings, honest discussions and practical tools, encouraging them that their marriage has a 100% chance of success…when it's done God's way!
On A BETTER US, you'll see a variety of program elements, including short teachings from marriage experts and lively discussions around the kitchen island with married couples of various ages. One of those couples joining the show weekly will be Canadian Football legend Mike "Pinball" Clemons and his wife Diane (married 25 years).
Ron Mainse shares the motivation for creating A BETTER US saying, "Over the years, Ann and I have been broken-hearted whenever we see relationships torn apart, along with the resulting pain inflicted upon children. It's so horribly devastating…and unnecessary! Many years ago, God gave us a glimpse into the future of our ministry together as a couple; we felt Him nudging our focus toward one day helping others strengthen their marriage relationships."
