Robert Melnichuk has served in leadership for over 25 years in both faith-based and marketplace positions. Graced with a unique calling in Communications, Robert has been privileged to express the Christian worldview across various mediums.

As an ordained minister, Robert has pastored for over 20 years; been a teaching co-host over WDCX radio; both produced and hosted programing focused on apologetics, faith in culture and workplace ministry.

Currently, Robert has combined his ministry and Communications expertise to serve as Director of Western Canada for YES TV and Crossroads. Robert also serves in development by creating and building relationships with Crossroads major donors and partner events.
