In 2014/2015 it was reported by Statistics Canada that there were a total of 110,521 adult offenders in either custody or a community program. A new program is being offered by the Church Council on Justice and Correction's that will give more inmates the opportunity to hear the perspective of their victims. It is called the Empathy Project and we are joined today by Sharon Dunlop and Rebecca Bromwich both from the Church Council of Justice and Corrections to tell us more.
